A blog about minecraft, who would have thought? I've heard the news about 1.6 coming out this June. they are adding horses name tags, a coal block (guess the crafting recipe), leashes, carpets and hardened clay blocks. The horses will be put to great use in battle mini-games I think and for classy transport.
